Blue is a very calming colour that can make you feel centred, relaxed and serene. It is known to help lower blood pressure, clear the mind and help steady one's breathing.
How much does visible surrounding environment such as color we see effect our emotion.
This on-going project is my experimental art project that focus on the collection of bio feedbacks and gestures of our body on the way we get anger and also explore the way to shift 'Anger Mood' to be 'Clam and Relax' using the color effects.
